Sow….

I have had the greatest joy of watching Bridgerton’s third season and within this series there is a point in which Colin Bridgerton says to Penelope

‘How lucky I am to stand by your side and soak up even a little bit of your light’.

What beautiful words and how true, for we are all beings of light, divinely and in the terms of physics!

The truer we are to our soul, the more our inner light shines; the more our heart expands and radiates with the true joy of who we are; and the purer our thoughts, integrity and generosity of spirit – the more we emit a frequency that can heal not only ourselves, but those around us, lifting the energy of mass consciousness around the world!

This place feels good, this place is love.

Also, the gratitude shown in Colin’s statement is the strongest foundation for all relationships – to be grateful for another, to recognise their qualities, to have appreciation for who they genuinely are is what allows relationships to weather all storms.  It is only by being truly honest about who you are that you allow the greatest depth of appreciation from another, because how can one be deeply grateful for who you are if you are not expressing the truth of who you are.  How can another find your light if you are not true to your soul.  It is with this consideration that we recognise how imperative it is to be your true self, without reservation and in a state of wholeness and self-acceptance so that your light may radiate out bright and strong, so you can be found by those who search for you at a soul level, or you can be appreciated in totality by the love that already surrounds you.

Cast off self-doubt, concerns of ‘fitting-in’, live from your heart and radiate all that you are with gratitude for the magic that you bring into this world, so that your soul tribe can find you and see the gift that you are as we journey through our lifetime on earth.

Take some time today to feel love, gratitude and appreciation for those around you, feel the swell in your heart of how blessed you are in this lifetime and know that this radiates from you, bringing more love towards you while also rippling out into the world for the good of all humanity.
